Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally dispatched within two working days following receipt of the order. Almost all items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. A few specified heavier items are dispatched by next-day courier service. |

Goods Out of Stock
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case you will be immediately notified and have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Should payment have been made, a full refund will be made within 48 hours of the order being cancelled. |

Exchanging your product for an alternative size

| Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. |
